I recently purchased a program that allows me to enter my clients pictures onto a wall display so that they can see what their images would look like framed on the wall. All I can say is wow! Below you’ll see a 20×24 with a 3 inch mat and 1.5 inch frame surrounded by 4 8×10′s in 11×14 mats with a 1 inch frame. Beautiful!

Valentine’s Day Special – Marietta/Atlanta Newborn and Child Photographer

My Valentine’s Day special is a mini session similar to the birthday smashes. It will only take 15-30 minutes of your time. We’ll do in studio with props. I’ll take 3-5 of the best shots and put them on a 10×20 storyboard. Storyboards like this usually sell for $60 in addition to your package but for this special I’m doing it all for $75. (add $10 per each additional child)

The storyboard will come to you ready to be framed OR you can get it as an EZ Easel as a 5×10. To meet the print deadline, we need to shoot by Wednesday unless you want to do a rush order. Another option is to do the $75 mini session with 5 images on CD to print on your own, shoot deadline for this is February 9th.

Ideas for shots:
Storyboard, 3 images: child holding or playing with props, a large ‘I”, a large heart and then a large “U” = I heart you.
Storyboard, 4 images: child holding large letters, “L” “O” “V” “E”.
Storyboard, 3-4 images: girl child in tutu and hearts dancing.
Storyboard, misc images, heart sucker, etc
(GREAT gift idea for hubby or wife, grandparents or family)

{Portrait Parties beginning January 2010}

Anyone interested in having a Portrait Party in January? Here’s how it works: The host invites a minimum of 5 guests. She schedules them 20 minutes apart. Attendees agree to purchase a minimum of Package A. As long as I receive at least 5 orders, the host gets from her sitting 1-8×10, 2-5x7s and 8 wallets and if the sales are over $500 I also give her a 10×20 storyboard.

Worried that your child might be afraid of Santa? Don’t be. Santa will work his way into the room very slowly as we are shooting your other photos. He’ll walk in and stand in the back of the room, he may wave at them and make funny faces. All the while he is slowly working his way over beside them while they are busy with us. Next thing you know, he’s worked his magic and is sitting beside them. It’s really amazing to watch!
